V-HOP 350, V-HOP 450, V-HOP 550,
V-HOP 650,
V-HOP 750
- Runner take-out robots for vertical clamp moulding machines. These are very effective when taking out runners from vertical clamp moulding machines
- Swing function. The angle of rotation can be adjusted between 60 and 90 degrees, allowing runners to be released at any location.
- Applicable to product take-out from either the lower or upper mould. Products can be taken-out from either the lower or upper mould half simply by changing settings.
- Multilingual display selection (optional). This comes standard with a G-type controller, which is available with an optional multilingual displays election function oriented the international market.

Option List
| Option |
Explanation |
| R option |
The position at which runners are released can be set by adjusting the swing angle between 60 and 90 degrees. |
| X option |
When runners are released after extraction from the upper mould, the chuck rotates 180 in the opposite direction to prevent runners from hanging so runners are released facing downward. |
| Conveyor signal linking |
Operation can be linked to the belt feed of a pool conveyor, by connecting an optional metal outlet, enabling moulded products to be stocked in shot units. |
| Special color |
The customer can specify a special color for the robot and the control box, etc. |
| External Part removal detection |
After runners have been extracted, they can be detected by a limit switch. |
| Special base for attachment to a vertical clamp injection-moulding machines where there is no room on the horizontal surface of the moulding machine to mount the robot. |
The robot base allows the robot to be mounted to the side of the moulding machine base. |
| Special base for attachment to a vertical clamp injection-moulding machines where there is no room on the horizontal surface of the moulding machine to mount the robot. |
The base allows mounting the robot to the floor. |
| Safety door signal |
This signal monitors when the safety door of the moulding machine is closed. Extraction cannot begin during automatic operation unless this signal is on. |
| Automatic injection signal |
The robot can use the automatic injection signal output from the moulding machine as a condition to begin extracting. This initiates automatic operation only when parts have been moulded. |
