  • Sprue picker for vertical moulding machine. This robot is applicable for runner extraction out of small-size moulding machine.

  • Compact design for space-saving. It offers enough horizontal moving distance, 1380mm maximum from mould center to sprue runner release point, even though the overall robot width is approximately half of the conventional model.

  • Stable high-speed operation with servo motor. Equipped with a servo-driven joint arm, it saves overhang floor space from a moulding machine given to a take-out robot body. That enables crusher setting close to the rear-side of the moulding machine. Additionally, it offers reduction of take-out cycle time.

Option Explanation
X Specification When moulded products are released onto a conveyor or a chute, the chuck unit rotates 90 degrees to release the products without damaging them.
Special color The main body, frame covers, control box, etc. can be painted with the color specified by customers.
Three (3) position safety switch on controller Valve operation is possible only while the operator is holding this switch in the center position.
Mount for horizontal extraction

This is a stand-alone mount on which a take-out robot is fixed when there is no space for the take-out robot on the moulding machine's bed.
