For moulding with symmetrical mould - By interlocking with a servo driven take-out robot, this system automatically stocks automobile or bicycle-related symmetrical products (such as side mirrors and tail lamps) in separate pallets after sorting them by right and left.
Plastics chain belt used - A plastics chain belt is used in the pallet transport unit. This keeps pallets in place in the transport unit and helps eliminate dust and contamination in the plant.
Less space required / large-capacity stocking - A pallet stacking system is used, enabling long-term automatic operation that requires a minimum of space.
Integrated distribution line - The pallet loading and unloading ports are integrated on the clamping side of the moulding machine, enabling a more organized and efficient plant layout.
Y-MAPII supported - The system is designed assuming that the Y-MAPII (Yushin Molding Automation Plant Package) is being used, and makes it easy to configure a network of control computers, and to carry out linked operation with an Y-vic. This contributes to a comprehensive, factory-wide FA system.
