Stocker compatible with take-out robot using single-axis servo
- Yushin pallets used - Any size pallet (S, M, L, or LL) may be used. (Hi pallets and Mini pallets and Injection Fine-pallets cannot be used on the same machine).
- Plastics chain belt used - A plastics chain belt is used in the pallet transport unit. This keeps pallets in place in the transport unit and helps eliminate dust and contamination in the plant.
- Less space required / large-capacity stocking - A pallet stacking system is used, enabling long-term automatic operation that requires a minimum of space.
- Operated with air-driven robots - A pallet index mechanism allows parts to be palletized using air-driven take-out robots (with one servo-driven traverse axis). The stocking position can be programmed to match the height at which the products are released by the press mounted robot.
