Excellent price performance. This system has reduced price from the conventional model ACS-K3 while maintaining the capabilities. By introducing this system to your plant, automation in longer hour will be enabled compared to conveyor stocking type system. Further, safety during operation has been improved by covering a part of lifters. Yushin HI pallets used. Any size pallet (S, M, L, or LL) may be used. (Hi pallets and Injection Hi-pallets cannot be used on the same machine).
Multi-lingual display (optional) - This comes standard with a G-type controller, which is available with an optional multilingual displays selection function oriented the international market.
Air driven take-out robot supported - Equipped with the "Pallet pitch feed function" with which not only servo driven robots but air driven robots (servo used for traverse axis only and air cylinder driving other axes) can case products.
Able to select the number of pallet stack considering the amount of products to be stocked - Customers can choose between single-stack type and two-stack type considering the desired automation cycle. This helps customers to achieve optimum automation.
