  • This is the stock system adopting vacuum formed trays that used to be considered unsuitable for automation - Vacuum formed trays are light and cheap, but have low rigidity and are difficult to pull out after once piled. This stocker equips a new mechanism that automatically unstacks such vacuum formed trays.

  • Corresponds to moulding at the cycle time of as fast as 7 seconds.

  • Dedicated vacuum formed trays - Custom designed partition layout is available. External dimensions: 250 by 250 by 15 (mm) <Effective height of 12 (mm)>
