Yushin pallets used - Any size pallet (S, M, L, or LL) may be used. (Hi pallets and Mini pallets and Injection Fine-pallets cannot be used on the same machine).
Composite belt - A composite belt is used for pallet transport. This keeps pallets in place in the transport unit and helps eliminate dust and contamination in the plant.
Less space required / large-capacity stocking - A pallet stacking system is used, enabling long-term automatic operation that requires a minimum of space.
Optimized material flow around the moulding machine - The pallet load and unload positions are on the clamp side of the moulding machine, enabling a more organized and efficient plant layout.
Y-MAPII supported -The system is designed to work with Y-MAPII (Yushin Molding Automation Plant Package) making it easy to configure a network of control computers, and to carry out integrated operation with an Y-vic (automated guided vehicle). This contributes to a comprehensive, factory-wide automation system.
