Side entry robot for large moulding machines. The unique 3-axis design of the SXA-800III robot allows automation of high speed moulds on large tonnage machines. The robot is also suitable for low ceiling facilities and clean rooms because the robot does not require a lot of space above the machine.
Hi-power servo motors. Special high-power servo motors are used to optimize acceleration, deceleration and overall speeds.
3-axis NC servo motor robot. In addition to the servo motors on the traverse and extraction axis, the robot incorporates servo motor on the vertical axis to accommodate down stream operations such as palletizing and for quick change over to new jobs.
E-touch Web controller equipped. The E-touch Web controller is the same as supplied for our popular top entry servo robots for ease of use and familiarity on the shop floor personnel.
