  • Stabilizes the quality of delicate products. These days, much higher quality is required for delicate products such as connectors. Extraction of moulded products after moulding process determines the quality of such products. The SXA-40II interlocks with super small moulding machines with which product take-out and installation of a take-out robot have been considered difficult. This robot allows you to raise the ratio of good products and achieve stable moulding.

  • Installed beside a moulding machine. There is less vibration from a take-out robot to a moulding machine because the robot is not installed onto the stationary platen of the moulding machine.

  • User-friendly controller ''E-touch Lite''. SXA-40II is equipped with user-friendly controller "E-touch Lite" that has 7.5 inch colored LCD touch panel with quick response of picture conversion. Additionally, this controller has user-programming software "Lead Through Teaching" as a standard function.
