Even in the case a plant has injection moulding machines of several companies, our air-driven take-out robots or other brand's take-out robots, they can all be linked to the network for production monitoring.

Real-time automatic alert function

The "Automatic alerting function" achieves more real-time information transmission to cell phones. This function notifies alarms to the specified cell phones using vocal messages.

Possibility of production management FA System

Mold Mate can also be used as the moulding station computer for the production control FA (Factory Automation) system Y-MAPII. Also equipped is the communication port required for establishing the network.
