Simplified backlight plate gate cut system

• This simplified gate cut system is compactly designed in consideration of gate cutting in limited space and system addition to existing equipments.



• A new mechanism, hybrid of the air cylinder and servo motor, has been adopted to nipper drive. Speed can be controlled properly, which reduces cracks usually led by air-driven operation.



• The nipper temperature can be digitally adjusted with a program and the nipper speed can be adjusted using dial controller.
