Gate cut and stock system for high-speed moulding of small size backlight plate

• This is the gate cut system for high-cycle moulding of small size backlight plate - Equipped with two gate cut units, which corresponds to 8-second moulding of 2-cavity product.
  
  
• A new mechanism, hybrid of the air cylinder and servo motor, has been adopted to nipper drive - Speed can be controlled properly, which reduces cracks usually led by air-driven operation.
