Customer care and assistance is of the utmost importance to Yushin Automation Limited, we consider that customer care does not end after our equipment has been installed. Our policy includes our full assistance in any capacity, from spare part enquiries, service contracts, training, through to continued support from our sales and service staff.
Service contracts can be tailored to customers’ specific needs; our aim is to offer a longer trouble free machine life, giving 100% reliability and best repeatability. Please call and enquire.
Refurbishment and Repair
Damaged and defective parts or even complete robots can be repaired or rebuilt at our works and returned to you in as new condition. Costs are dependant on robot type, age and condition. Please arrange for a free consultation visit for this service.
Our Service staff are available to talk to 24 hours a day, by a call back service. Should you have a most urgent problem outside of normal office hours please call +44 (0)7824 645761 and leave a message with a brief description of your fault and a contact number, we will return your call.
Should the need arise for an engineers visit; we always hope to have an engineer on site within 24 hours of a call.
